Brutal 2-Vehicle Crash on Shaw Avenue Kills Female Driver [Fresno County, CA]

Fresno County, CA (June 21, 2024) On Thursday evening, a woman in her 80s died after a horrific 2-vehicle crash on Shaw Avenue.

According to CHP, the fatal rear-end collision happened around 7:15 p.m. at Shaw Avenue and Indianola Avenue.

Reports say that a vehicle driven by a woman in her 40s rear-ended a vehicle driven by a woman in her 80s.

Officials say that the woman in her 80s was on an eastbound vehicle that is turning left onto Indianola, when the rear-end crash happened.

Authorities pronounced the woman dead at the scene, while the other female driver of the second car did not suffer any major injuries.

CHP is investigating the fatal collision.
