Fullerton Auto Accident on S State College Boulevard and Kimberly Avenue

FULLERTON, CA (April 1, 2024) – Monday, a crippling 2-vehicle crash on S State College Boulevard and Kimberly Avenue led to injuries.

Fullerton Fire Department and Fullerton Police Department went to the scene and reports said that one vehicle crashed into a light pole, trapping its occupants.

Upon the officers’ arrival, they located two vehicles, one with significant damage that was wedged against a light pole with three people were stuck.

Officers said that the second car was occupied by one person who managed to self-extricate.

Then, firefighters freed the three occupants, which took about 25 minutes.

Responders took them to a local area hospital with unknown injuries.

Moreover, the single occupant in the other vehicle was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
