Violent 2-Vehicle Crash on Military Road Injures 3 People [Pierce County, WA]

Pierce County, WA (October 26, 2024) On Tuesday afternoon, a 2-vehicle crash on Military Road left 3 people hurt and hospitalized.

According to Central Pierce Fire & Rescue, the head-on collision happened at about 4:25 p.m. at Military Road South and Spanaway Loop Road South.

Reports say that a head-on collision sent three individuals to local hospitals. Emergency crews arrived on scene and firefighters worked to free one person trapped in the vehicle.

Pierce County Sheriff’s deputies managed traffic around the area and advised people to avoid the intersection.

Authorities say that among the injured was a young child transported to MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital.
