Peoria, AZ (February 22, 2024) – On Thursday morning, one person died in a crash on Loop 303.
Reportedly, an accident involving an SUV and a semi-truck killed one person.
DPS Troopers and Peoria Fire crews arrived at the scene in the eastbound lanes of Loop 303 near Lake Pleasant Parkway around 9:45 a.m.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety reports that an SUV ended up underneath the trailer, though it remains unclear if the accident injured anyone else.
Initially, the accident shut down eastbound traffic on the 303, but authorities have since reopened all lanes.
