Violent 2-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 90 Injures 3 People [Preston, WA]

Preston, WA (August 4, 2023) On Wednesday afternoon, a 2-vehicle crash on Interstate 90 led to 3 people being taken to the hospital.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the fiery rear-end collision happened west of Preston-Fall City Road Southeast, near milepost 21.

Reports say that a vehicle rear-ended another vehicle stopped to avoid debris on the roadway. Both cars caught fire due to the collision.

Officials say that the fire from the collision ignited a brushfire.

Medics rushed 3 people to the hospital, the patients suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

WSP is investigating the rear-end collision and has not released further details about the incident.
