Horrific 2-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 15 Results in Fatality [Corona, CA]

Corona, CA (September 2, 2023) On Thursday afternoon, a person was killed and another was hurt after a 2-vehicle crash on Interstate 15.

According to the CHP, the fatal traffic accident happened around 12:40 p.m. on southbound I-15 at Cajalco Road.

Reports say that the collision involved a pickup and sedan colliding near the Cajalco off-ramp. The impact of the crash caused the sedan to overturn and ejecting at least one occupant.

Good Samaritans attempted to render aid to the ejected person, until first responders arrive. Despite life-saving measures, the person was pronounced dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, medics transported the other person to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
