Wasco, CA (December 26, 2023) – On Tuesday evening, one person sustained severe injuries in a crash on Highway 46.

The crash was first documented on the traffic incident page at approximately 5:21 p.m. on westbound Highway 46, just west of Magnolia Avenue. 

The vehicles involved were identified as a Honda Odyssey and a Toyota Scion, both displaying visible damage. 

CHP stated that an individual was ejected during the collision and was subsequently transported to a local hospital with major injuries. 

The reporting party found themselves trapped in a vehicle following the incident, as per CHP.
