Lancaster, CA (September 28, 2024) On Friday morning, a driver was killed after a tragic 2-vehicle crash on Columbia Way.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LACSD), the fatal collision happened at around 7:00 a.m. in the 1700 block of Columbia Way.

Reports say that the collision involved a car and a school bus in the Lancaster area on Friday morning.

The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased.

Fortunately, the school bus involved in the crash was not carrying any children.
