Phoenix, AZ (August 30, 2024) – On Friday, two people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on 43rd Avenue.

A police officer sustained injuries in a crash involving another car near the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Osborn Road.

The collision occurred around 6:30 p.m. when a vehicle turning left at the intersection struck a marked Phoenix Police Chevy Tahoe. 

According to reports, the vehicle making the left turn failed to yield before hitting the Tahoe.

Both the officer and another individual were taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Police investigated the scene of the crash.
