2-Vehicle Collision on Highway 247 Hurts 2 Riders [Lucerne Valley, CA]

Lucerne Valley, CA (September 3, 2023) On Friday afternoon, 2 people were airlifted after a 2-vehicle collision on Highway 247.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the sedan-motorcycle crash happened around 4:07 p.m. at Midway Avenue.

Reports say that a black motorcycle collided with a sedan. the collision sent 2 motorcycle riders and the their bike down in the eastbound lanes.

San Bernardino County Fire Department crews responded to the scene and rendered aid to the injured riders, officials airlift for both patients. Mercy Air helicopters transported the injured patients to Antelope Valley Medical Center.

Authorities are investigating the sedan-motorcycle crash.
