2 Transported in Vehicle Crash on Windjammer Drive [Moreno Valley, CA]

Moreno Valley, CA (April 29, 2023) – On Friday, two people sustained injuries following a vehicle crash on Windjammer Drive.

The traffic mishap happened at around 1 a.m. in the area of Kitching Street.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the driver was southbound on Kitching Street when he lost control and the vehicle veered to the east across northbound lanes and the car struck a single-story residence.

The driver and the property occupant suffered sustained injuries and were transported to Riverside University Health System Medical Center.

Officers said neither alcohol nor drugs appear to be factors and there was no evidence of reckless driving. 

The authorities are still investigating.
