2 Transported in Vehicle Crash on Skyway Drive [Santa Maria, CA]

Santa Maria, CA (August 27, 2024) – Two people have been injured in a vehicle crash on Skyway Drive early Sunday morning.

It was about 1:15 a.m. when the two-vehicle crash happened at Auto Park Drive.

Troopers said one driver was trapped in a vehicle and needed to be extricated.

Immediately, the rescuers rushed the two injured people to an area hospital. The patients sustained moderate to major injuries.

Santa Maria Police officers are investigating the cause of the traffic crash on Skyway Drive.
