Injuries Reported in Fresno Car Accident on Sample and Maroa Avenue

 
FRESNO, CA (April 27, 2021) – Monday afternoon, two people sustained injuries in a crash on Sample and Maroa Avenue.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, an eastbound gray Hyundai traveled on Sample Avenue.
 
Then, it entered the intersection at Maroa Avenue into the path of a black Nissan.
 
However, the northbound Nissan failed to stop in time.
 
As a result, it struck the side of the Hyundai.
 
Afterwards, both vehicles came to rest in front of an establishment on the northeast corner of the intersection.
 
Meanwhile, responders transported both drivers to Community Regional Medical Center with minor injuries, CHP said.
