2 Hospitalized in Pacific County Accident on Highway 101
PACIFIC COUNTY, WA (December 7, 2020) – Friday evening, 2 people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 101.
According to Washington State Patrol, the collision happened on US 101 at around 6:00 p.m.
Reports revealed that a 20-year-old Cosmopolis man driving a northbound vehicle crossed the center line. Then, it hit the southbound vehicle driven by a 59-year-old Tumwater woman.
Thus, responders transported a 26-year-old male passenger of the first vehicle to Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. Meanwhile, responders airlifted the 59-year-old driver to St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma.
The collision closed the highway for almost four hours.
