Injuries Reported in San Diego Motorcycle Accident on El Cajon Boulevard near Seminole Drive
SAN DIEGO, CA (June 17, 2021) – Wednesday night, two people sustained injuries in a motorcycle crash on El Cajon Boulevard near Seminole Drive.
According to San Diego Police Officer John Buttle, the incident happened at around 10:10 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on El Cajon Boulevard near Seminole Drive and Filipo Street.
Reports revealed that an eastbound 2006 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle traveled on El Cajon Boulevard. Then, it struck a 2012 Honda Accord that was making a left turn from westbound El Cajon Boulevard to southbound Seminole Drive.
Responders transported the 32-year-old female passenger of the motorcycle to a hospital with a fractured pelvis. Also, the 40-year-old male driver of the motorcycle complained of pain in his right hand and right leg.
Furthermore, officials said that the 25-year-old male driver of the Honda sustained no injuries in the crash.
Moreover, officers do not believe that alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash.
