2 Hospitalized after Dublin Auto Accident on Camino Tassajara
DUBLIN, CA (October 19, 2020) – Sunday night, two people suffered injuries in a head-on crash on Camino Tassajara.
The crash happened around 6:45 p.m., just a half-mile north of Camino Tassajara and Windemere Parkway intersection. According to the CHP, the crash involved a white Volkswagen and a black Chrysler. Meanwhile, CHP Officer Tyler Hahn revealed that both drivers sustained major injuries.
San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District crews and a medical helicopter responded to the scene. Furthermore, one of the victims was airlifted to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek. Meanwhile, the other victim was transported to Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley. Moreover, according to the authorities, the injuries were non-life-threatening.
On the other hand, Hahn added that alcohol may have played a role in the crash.
