2 Hurt in Hesperia Auto Accident on Rock Springs Road and Glendale Avenue

 
HESPERIA, CA (November 16, 2020) – Saturday night, two people suffered critical injuries in a crash on Rock Springs Road and Glendale Avenue.
 
The incident happened at around 7:15 p.m. on Rock Springs Road and Glendale Avenue.
 
According to reports, the San Bernardino County Fire Department came to the scene after reports of a collision between a green pickup truck and a white van.
 
Meanwhile, the firefighters utilized the jaws of life to free a trapped van occupant.
 
Furthermore, Alison Ganzer and her uncle helped with traffic control while an off-duty nurse and EMT aided the injured until first responders came.
 
“The guy in the truck was unconscious, the other one [was] not responsive,” Ganzer said.
 
After being extricated, an ambulance transported two occupants to the Hesperia Airport and then airlifted to trauma centers.
 
One of the helicopters took a victim to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Meanwhile, the other one transported the other patient to Loma Linda University Medical Center.
 
During the investigation, the authorities closed a stretch of Rock Springs Road.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed the cause of the collision or the condition of the victims.
