2 Hurt in Mason County Crash on US 101 near State Route 3
MASON COUNTY, CA (November 10, 2020) – Friday night, two people suffered injuries in an accident on US 101 near State Route 3.
According to reports, the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. A 40-year-old Olympia man and his 47-year-old Centralia passenger traveled south on US 101 near State Route 3.
However, the driver fell asleep while driving. Then, he went off the road and fell to a 30-foot embankment. Reports also confirmed that the vehicle crashed into some trees.
As a result, both the driver and passenger sustained injuries in the crash.
Meanwhile, the driver managed to first contact 911.
