Injuries Reported in Taft Two-Vehicle Crash on Elk Hills Road near Highway 119
TAFT, CA (December 30, 2020) – Monday morning, two people suffered injuries in an alleged hit-and-run accident on Elk Hills Road near Highway 119.
The California Highway Patrol responded at around 5:45 a.m. on Elk Hills Road near Valley Acres.
According to reports, a pickup truck collided head-on with another automobile near north of Highway 119 under the unclear circumstances.
The force of the crash pushed both vehicles to fall into a ditch.
As a result, responders took two unidentified victims to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Moreover, the authorities are still looking for more evidence to find one of the motorists who escaped after the crash.
