2 Killed, 2 Hospitalized in Buckeye Three-Vehicle Accident near Verrado Way and Van Buren Street
BUCKEYE, AZ (May 31, 2021) – Sunday night, two people died and two victims sustained injuries in a fiery crash near Verrado Way and Van Buren Street.
According to the Buckeye police, the incident involved three vehicles. Moreover, it happened near Verrado Way and Van Buren Street at around 10:30 p.m.
Reports revealed that after the crash, one vehicle started to catch fire. Another veered off the road and struck a guard rail. Then, a third came into rest at the side of the road.
Furthermore, authorities confirmed that two people died in the crash. Also, paramedics transported one person with critical injuries and one with non-life-threatening injuries to a hospital.
Moreover, officers closed the intersection to give way to the investigation.
