2 Hurt in Downey Pedestrian Accident at Imperial Highway and Barlin Avenue
DOWNEY, CA (August 30, 2019) — Two pedestrians suffered critical injuries after a vehicle struck them near Imperial Highway and Barlin Avenue.
The incident occurred past 7 p.m. Monday night. The emergency responders transported both patients to a local hospital.
The crash prompted the closure of Imperial Highway between Lakewood and Berkshire during the investigation and emergency response.
Further investigation is led by the Downey police.
