Injuries Reported in Lake Cavanaugh Motorcycle Accident on Lake Cavanaugh Road
LAKE CAVANAUGH, WA (June 28, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, two men sustained injuries in a motorcycle crash on Lake Cavanaugh Road.
According to Washington State Patrol, the incident happened at around 5:31 p.m. on Lake Cavanaugh Road.
Reports revealed that a 60-year-old Marysville man in a motorcycle tried to pass another motorcycle traveling on the shoulder. Then, the 29-year-old Mount Vernon man driving the second motorcycle collided with the first motorcycle after turning in front of it.
Furthermore, responders transported the 60-years-old motorcyclist to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle via helicopter. Meanwhile, responders transported the 29-year-old motorcyclist to Skagit Valley Hospital with minor injuries.
