Deadly Maricopa Auto Accident on State Route 238 and Milepost 27.5
MARICOPA, AZ (August 23, 2021) – Saturday night, two people died in a vehicle crash on State Route 238 and Milepost 27.5.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety revealed that it happened at 10:32 p.m. Moreover, it happened on State Route 238 on milepost 27.5. The incident happened close to the western end of the highway in Maricopa County.
According to reports, a westbound pickup truck crossed the center line and went into the eastbound lane.
Meanwhile, a commercial vehicle traveled on the eastbound lane. Then, it crashed with the pickup head-on.
As a result, both drivers died at the scene.
Also, the incident led to the closure of both lanes of State Route 238.
