2 Dead in Fullerton Pedestrian Accident on Magnolia Avenue and Flower Avenue
FULLERTON, CA (April 10, 2023) – Sunday morning, 2 people died in a tragic pedestrian crash on Magnolia Avenue and Flower Avenue.
Police and paramedics responded at around 9:20 a.m. on Magnolia Avenue and Flower Avenue.
According to reports, a gray Audi sedan and a white Yamaha R6 motorcycle traveled north on Magnolia Avenue at a high speed. However, they crashed with a gold Toyota Sienna minivan making a left turn in Fullerton. Then, the impact sent the sedan crashing into a telephone pole and a residence. Then, it led to a gas leak that prompted the evacuation of several nearby homes.
Reports said that the biker hit the rear passenger side of the van. The impact ejected the rider, a 35-year-old man, from the bike.
Thus, medical responders rushed him to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile, the Audi hit the front passenger side of the van. Thus, the force of the crash led the Audi to veer off the roadway, hitting both a bicyclist and a 70-year-old woman. Both of them were on the east sidewalk of Magnolia.
Officers declared the woman dead at the scene. Then, the bicyclist, a man in his 30s, was transported to a hospital with moderate injuries.
Eventually, the sedan knocked down a telephone pole, hit a front-yard fence, and stopped against the front of a home on Magnolia, leading to a gas leak.
As a result, responders took the 74-year-old man driving the van and his 15-year-old passenger to a hospital with minor injuries.
Then, the 32-year man driving the Audi had a complaint of pain only.
“Multiple residents were evacuated from surrounding homes due to the gas leak,” reports said. “Fullerton fire shut down the gas and all displaced residents have since returned to their homes.”
