David Duggan Dies after Three-Vehicle Crash on State Highway 90 in Navasota

Navasota, TX (January 11, 2023) – Tuesday afternoon, 63-year-old David Duggan and a 17-year-old male driver died in a three-vehicle crash on State Highway 90.

The fatal three-vehicle crash in Navasota happened around 4:45 p.m. on January 10 near Grimes County Road 409.

DPS said a 2016 Toyota Tacoma and a 2004 Chevy pickup were both going south on Highway 90, while a 2001 Ford pickup was going north. When the Ford crossed into the southbound lane, striking the rear of the Toyota and hitting the Chevy head-on.

The Ford and Chevy drivers sustained fatal injuries. The Toyota driver remains uninjured.

Further investigation is ongoing.
