SEAL BEACH, CA (November 14, 2021) – Saturday night, two people died in a fiery crash on Interstate 405 and Seal Beach Boulevard.
 
The incident occurred at about 11:52 p.m. on southbound Interstate 405, north of Seal Beach Boulevard.
 
According to reports, two people rode a vehicle on a busy freeway when it burst into flames.
 
When the units arrived, they found two vehicles blocking lanes including a 2000 Honda S2000 that was engulfed in flames.
 
After extinguishing the flames, firefighters found two victims inside the Honda. Meanwhile, a third victim from the other vehicle received treatment on the scene. Then, responders took the third patient to UCI Medical Center as a trauma patient.
 
At this time, the officers continue to look for the maroon Mada driver. According to reports, the Mazda might have rear-end damage related to the crash. Witnesses last saw the vehicle being driven by a black female in her 30s with bleached blonde hair.
 
Moreover, the crash shut down all lanes of the southbound I-405 Freeway at Seal Beach Boulevard for several hours.
