2 Dead and 1 Injured in Redwood City Auto Accident on State Route 92 and Foster City Boulevard

 
REDWOOD CITY, CA (August 7, 2022) – Friday morning, two people died in a crash on State Route 92 and Foster City Boulevard.
 
The incident occurred at about 9:44 a.m. on State Route 92 and Foster City Boulevard.
 
According to reports, a silver Ford Fusion traveled west at an unknown speed. Then, the driver let the vehicle veer to the right for unknown reasons.
 
Afterward, the car drove across lanes and struck a Volvo Big Rig truck head-on that was parked on the right shoulder. Then, it landed in a ditch.
 
As a result, the driver and rear passenger succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, responders took the right front passenger to the hospital with major injuries.
 
Reports confirmed that the crash didn’t affect the traffic.
 
Then, all lanes remained open during the investigation.
