2 Dead in Fresno County Auto Accident on Lincoln Avenue and Placer Avenue

 
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (July 11, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, two people died in a single-vehicle crash on Lincoln Avenue and Placer Avenue.
 
The authorities came to the scene just before 5:00 p.m. after reports of a vehicle falling into a canal. Moreover, the crash occurred on Lincoln Avenue and Placer Avenue.
 
According to reports, an irrigation worker saw an overturned white SUV, fully submerged in the water of the canal. Thus, the worker immediately contacted 911.
 
The Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies, Fresno County Fire, and CHP came to the scene.
 
When dive teams plunged into the water, they located a man and a woman inside the vehicle. Authorities declared both of them dead at the scene.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t identified the cause of the crash. Thus, the authorities continue to investigate the collision.
