OAKLAND, CA (August 25, 2022) – Early Wednesday morning, two people died in a fiery crash on State Highway 13 and Redwood Road.
 
The incident occurred at 3:33 a.m. on State Highway 13 near Redwood Road off-ramp.
 
Reports revealed that two occupants of a vehicle traveled south. Then, the vehicle hit the guardrail on the right shoulder and then hit some trees.
 
After the crash, the vehicle caught fire. Meanwhile, officers closed the far-right lane of the highway during the investigation.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed the identity of the deceased due to pending family notification.
