Police Investigate a Fatal Crash on Deep Creek Road in Apple Valley

 
Apple Valley, CA (June 6, 2021) – Sunday afternoon, two people died and the other four people sustained injuries after a crash on Deep Creek Road and Poppy Street.
 
The Apple Valley fatal crash happened at around 2:23 p.m. on June 6.
 
The circumstances leading to this fatal incident remain under investigation.
 
Reportedly, firefighters responded to the scene and determined they had multiple patients and upgraded the response to a mass casualty incident.
 
Moreover, four helicopters and five ambulances were requested to respond to the scene.
 
Emergency personnel pronounced two fatally injured at the scene and reported they had four others listed as immediate and two delayed.
