Police Officer and Driver Hospitalized after South 56th Street Crash
Tacoma, WA (August 28, 2020) – Friday afternoon, a police officer and a driver sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on South 56th Street.
The incident happened at about 4:44 p.m. on August 28.
According to reports, the officer was headed westbound on South 56th Street and made a left turn onto Cheyenne Street when a driver traveling eastbound collided with the officer.
Both the officer and the driver suffered minor injuries and transported to the hospitals.
