Driver and Passenger Hospitalized after Crashing into Pole near Bouquet Canyon Road
VALENCIA, CA (April 13, 2019) – Two people were injured Saturday morning following a solo-car crash on Magic Mountain Parkway. Authorities did not disclose the identities of the victims.
According to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, the incident happened near Bouquet Canyon Road, at about 9:00 AM. Due to unknown circumstances, a Shelby Cobra kit car lost control and hit a concrete light pole.
The Cobra driver and his male passenger complained of leg and back pain. Emergency responders transported them to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Further updates on their current condition were not provided.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the crash. Additional information will be released once it becomes available.
