Two People Hospitalized after Collision near Northeast Courtney Creek Lane
BELFAIR, WA (September 3, 2018)– Two people were seriously injured in a crash on Old Belfair Highway, late Monday afternoon.
The crash happened just before 4:00 PM in the 1500 block of the Old Belfair Highway, near Northeast Courtney Creek lane. Both drivers sustained serious injuries and were airlifted to an area hospital, according to Chief Ryan Spurling with the Mason County Sheriff’s Office. There is no update on their identities or current medical conditions.
Police did not immediately have any other details about the cause of the collision, and events leading up to it. It is unclear at this time if drugs and alcohol were contributing factors.
