Two Pedestrians Hurt in Accident near Denny Way
SEATTLE, WA (September 3, 2018) – Two people were injured in a pedestrian collision on Fifth Avenue, early Monday afternoon.
According to the Washington State Patrol, three cars and two pedestrians were involved in the incident. The collision occurred at around 12:25 PM at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Denny Way. Video footage from the Seattle Department of Transportation showed fire trucks, police cars, and aid cars blocking the westbound lanes of Fifth, but one fire truck and both air units left the scene shortly after.
At least two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Their identities and current medical conditions were not immediately released.
