Megan Worrall Arrested After DUI Collision on Guerneville Road Santa Rosa
Santa Rosa, California (May 14, 2020)– Wednesday morning, police arrested Megan Worrall after a suspected DUI crash on Guerneville Road that injured herself and one other.
CHP responded upon receiving crash reports at around 8:55 a.m. May 13. Dispatched officers arrived and located two vehicles on the scene.
Reportedly, a witness notified the authorities about a driver in a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu drinking alcohol. The driver of the Malibu, Megan Worrall, 31, a resident of Sebastopol, fled the scene after the incident.
Moreover, as she headed westbound on Guerneville Road, she drove across the double yellow lines and collided with an oncoming 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe.
As a result, Worral sustained severe injuries and the 37-year-old Tahoe driver, with minor injuries. Both were sent to a hospital for treatment.
At this time, Worral is arrested, facing charges of DUI. Further investigation is ongoing.
