Police Investigate the Interstate 5 Freeway Crash in Santa Clarita

 
Santa Clarita, CA (May 30, 2021) – Sunday morning, two people sustained injuries in a crash on Interstate 5 Freeway involving a transit bus and another vehicle.
 
The Santa Clarita crash happened at around 7:40 a.m. on May 30, on the southbound side of the freeway near Gavin Canyon.
 
Los Angeles County Fire Department said the crash involved a transit bus and another vehicle. However, what led to this incident remains under investigation.
 
There were two patients with minor injuries but it is still unknown if any had been transported to the hospital.
 
Meanwhile, a SigAlert has been issued for the No. 4 and 5 lanes of the southbound 5 Freeway for at least one hour.
