Injuries Reported in Manor Auto Accident on US Highway 290 and FM 1100

MANOR, TX (November 12, 2024) – Saturday night, a crippling DWI crash on US Highway 290 and FM 1100 injured 2 people.

The incident happened at about 7:20 p.m. at the intersection of westbound US 290 and FM1100.

Officers confirmed that two people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, one driver was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated.

The crash briefly reduced westbound U.S. 290 to a single lane as Manor Police, Travis County Emergency Services District 12, and Austin-Travis County EMS responded. By 8:10 p.m., all lanes were reopened. 

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
