2 Hospitalized in San Diego Auto Accident on Interstate 5 near State Route 163
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 11, 2021) – Monday night, two people sustained injuries in a head-on crash on Interstate 5 near State Route 163.
According to California Highway Patrol dispatcher David Rydalch, the incident happened at around 11:45 p.m. Moreover, it happened on northbound Interstate 5, near State Route 163.
