2 Injured in Head-on Crash on 182 Freeway and 4th Avenue [Pasco, WA]

2 Hurt in Pasco Car Crash

 
PASCO, WA (January 31, 2020) – Two people sustained injuries in a head-on crash on 182 Freeway near North 4th Avenue on January 28.
 
According to reports, a wrong-way driver caused the head-on collision just before 1:00 p.m. Responders took two injured men to a hospital via ambulance. One of them sustained serious injuries and at least one person got trapped in a vehicle.
 
Reports also revealed that a small black sedan possibly drove the wrong direction on the freeway until it crashed into a Dodge pickup.
 
The WSP is currently investigating the collision.
 
Authorities also shut down the eastbound lanes of 182 Freeway near 4th Avenue for around an hour and a half, leading to traffic backups in both directions.
