RAVENSDALE, CA (May 9, 2019) – On Thursday morning, two people were injured in a two-car accident on Kent Kangley Road.
 
According to the King County Sheriff’s Department, the accident on Kent Kangley Road happened at 11:30 AM. In addition, the crash occurred near 262nd Avenue. Reports indicate one vehicle veered across the center-line. As a result, it crashed head-on into the other car involved in the crash. However, the cause of the accident is currently unclear.
 
First responders stated both drivers suffered serious to potentially critical injuries. Paramedics sent one victim to a hospital by ambulance. However, one victim suffered severe injuries and required an airlift. In addition, both arrived at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. However, their current medical condition is unclear at this time.
 
Law enforcement do not believe that drugs or alcohol were contributing factors. However, police are continuing the investigation before confirming any details.
 
The road was closed off for a brief time for a preliminary investigation. However, it has since reopened. As a result, there are no further details regarding the incident at this time.
