Our Attorneys Can Help in a Fatal Collision
California’s road accident rate continues to increase, rather than decrease, despite the additional safety features on newer vehicle models.
The increasing crash rate reflects that auto accidents are a major public health threat. They are a leading cause of death for individuals ages 5-64.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), 2 out of 3 motorists will be involved in an injury accident during their life.
That is why it is important to know what to do if you incur a motor vehicle accident like the fatal collision on Highway 101.
