2 Hurt in Arleta Auto Accident on West Terra Bella Street
ARLETA, CA (September 20, 2022) – Sunday night, two people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on West Terra Bella Street.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department Sgt. Rich Brunson, the incident happened at around 8:50 p.m. Also, the collision occurred at the 13900 block of West Terra Bella Street.
Reports revealed that a black Toyota Camry struck a silver BMW sedan that attempted a u-turn for still unknown reasons. Also, authorities said that both vehicles both headed west when the incident happened. Then, the force of the crash ejected an infant passenger of the Camry.
Moreover, responders confirmed that the infant sustained critical injuries in the incident. Also, firefighters rushed to the scene and extricated a driver trapped inside a vehicle.
Furthermore, officials said that there is a child seat in the vehicle but were not sure if the child was restrained properly.
Meanwhile, the incident remained under active investigation.
