SAN DIEGO, CA (December 6, 2022) – Sunday night, two boys suffered injuries in a bicycle crash on Saturn Boulevard and Elm Avenue.
 
The incident happened just after 6:15 p.m. on Saturn Boulevard, south of Elm Avenue in the middle of the block.
 
According to reports, two male bicyclists, ages 12 and 13, attempted to cross Saturn Boulevard.
 
However, a southbound Volkswagen Jetta struck them on Saturn Boulevard.
 
As a result, both boys lost consciousness. Then, after receiving life-saving measures, they were taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
 
At this time, the authorities do not believe that the 37-year-old man driving the Jetta was under the influence of either alcohol or drugs.
