Two People Hospitalized After Crash on Olde Highway 80 in Lakeside
Lakeside, CA (November 18, 2022) – Friday morning, two people sustained severe injuries in a crash on Olde Highway 80.
The crash in Lakeside happened around 10 a.m. on November 18.
Reportedly, two people were working on a wide shoulder on the south side of Olde Highway 80 east of Lake Jennings Park Road in Lakeside when the eastbound 2007 Toyota Camry veered off the roadway and hit them.
EMS took the 57-year-old CHP inspector and the other victim, a 62-year-old trucking-company representative, to Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego.
Further investigation to determine the circumstances of this crash is ongoing.
