Injuries Reported in Bakersfield Accident on Oak Creek Road and Holt Street
BAKERSFIELD, CA (March 27, 2022) – Saturday afternoon, two people suffered injuries in an aircraft crash on Oak Creek Road and Holt Street.
The crash involving a small aircraft happened near the Mojave Air & Space Port. Moreover, it occurred on Oak Creek Road and Holt Street.
Reports revealed that a single-engine, homebuilt VariEze aircraft fell southwest of the air and spaceport at around noon. Before the crash, the pilot managed to report an engine problem.
When the Kern County emergency responders arrived, they found the two-seat plane at Oak Creek Road and Holt Street. Then, responders took both occupants to Antelope Valley Hospital with minor injuries.
