Injuries Reported in National City Accident near Mile of Cars Way and Wilson Avenue

NATIONAL CITY, CA (December 21, 2022) – Monday, two people suffered injuries in a hit-and-run crash near Mile of Cars Way and Wilson Avenue.

The crash happened just before 6:30 p.m. near Mile of Cars Way and Wilson Avenue.

According to a witness, a man in a Jeep attempted to ram another vehicle, police said.

Upon the officers’ arrival, they found out that the man had rammed the Jeep into seven vehicles, including the police cars.

Afterward, the man left the Jeep and escaped, running through a strip mall. Then, he went onto Interstate 5, where the authorities stopped and arrested him.

Then, two people suffered injuries in the crash. However, the authorities haven’t disclosed the extent of their injuries.

Meanwhile, reports confirmed that the officers suffered no injuries.

Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
