Injuries Reported in 7-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 35 near Concordia Drive

 
AUSTIN, TX (January 23, 2023) – Sunday night, two people suffered injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 35 near Concordia Drive.
 
The incident happened at about 6:45 p.m.
 
According to reports, the incident involving at least seven vehicles happened on North Interstate 35 southbound near Concordia Drive.
 
Medics confirmed that the injuries aren’t life-threatening.
 
Then, they transported one of the patients to Dell Seton Medical Center. Meanwhile, the other went to St. David’s North Medical Center.
 
Afterward, three ambulances and an EMS commander all responded to the scene. Austin Fire and Austin Police also came to the scene.
 
Moreover, the crash shut down all southbound lanes. Authorities advised drivers to expect road closures and delays in the area.
