Injuries Reported in Chico Auto Accident on Highway 99 and Skyway
CHICO, CA (May 17, 2022) – Monday, two people suffered injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 99 and Skyway.
The incident occurred just before noon in the northbound lanes of Highway 99, north of the Skyway on-ramp.
According to reports, a Subaru SUV was on its left side on the fence of the dealership. A Volkswagen minivan was off Highway 99 and in the bike path along the fence.
Reports confirmed that a woman in her 50s drove the Subaru. Meanwhile, a man in his 6s drove the Volkswagen.
Then, responders took both of them to the hospital with minor injuries.
Moreover, an 18-year-old inside the Subaru was with her mom and said that the vehicle overturned twice before it landed on its side.
