SACRAMENTO, CA (September 13, 2022) – Early Monday morning, two people suffered injuries in a crash on Arden Way near Del Paso Boulevard.
 
The incident occurred at about 12:30 a.m. on Arden Way near Del Paso Boulevard.
 
According to reports, crews rescued one person in the car. Then, they took that person to the hospital in critical condition.
 
Then, responders took a second person to the hospital but are expected to be OK.
 
Reports confirmed that the crash struck a power pole at such a high speed that it sheared the pole in half. Then, the power was knocked out to around eight residences in the area.
