Driver and Passenger Hospitalized after Crash on Marietta Street in Upper Valley
Upper Valley, TX (February 23, 2023) – Wednesday night, two people sustained injuries in a crash on Marietta Street.
The crash in Upper Valley happened on February 22.
Authorities said they tried to pull over a vehicle with a fake New Mexico temporary tag late Wednesday night.
However, the driver reportedly led authorities on a pursuit, crashing into a shed at a home in the 5200 block of Marietta St. in the Upper Valley.
The passenger who was trapped inside the car sustained non-life-threatening injuries while the driver was sent to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Charges against the driver are pending.
Further investigation is ongoing.
